Delivery Times
O-kiro collaborates with foreign suppliers and ships products directly from our warehouses in Europe, Asia, and America. We offer our customers fast and reliable shipping.
We have carefully selected our shipping partners to ensure that your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible.
This means that we can significantly save on transportation, storage, packaging, and shipping costs, allowing us to offer products at a fair price.
Our average delivery times are as follows: 2-3 business days for order processing and shipping, and once shipped, 7-12 business days for delivery.
In the event you wish to return the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please keep this in mind when purchasing multiple products that you might want to try but not keep.
Make sure that all delivery details are correct.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the provided delivery address is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times, but there is always a small margin for correcting an incorrect delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect delivery address.
Once you have received the shipping email, the customer has at most one hour to claim or correct the delivery address. We cannot guarantee a refund if correct delivery information is not provided at the time of the shipping email.
Your order may be delivered via the local post office or a local courier, depending on your area. Most orders will be delivered through the local post office, so the package will be received via regular mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the postal service may leave a notice explaining how and where the package can be picked up. However, if you encounter any issues or need further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Order Status
After placing an order with us, you will receive a personal tracking code via email.
Using this code, you can track your order anywhere via our "Track Your Order" page on our website.
It is normal for it to take 3-5 days before you see the first updates on your order. After 3-5 days, you will also be able to view the estimated delivery date on the tracking page.
Delivery Issues
Although rare, a delivery error may occur. This is human, and there is nothing we can do about it. We ask for your understanding. In the following cases, the following actions apply:

Defective Product: We're sorry! It may happen that your product is damaged during transit. In such cases, if you opted for SHIPPING INSURANCE, we will automatically send a new package at no additional cost, although we cannot refund you at this time. We aim to satisfy our customers by providing the ordered item before considering a refund.

Lost Package: If a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical reasons, we will always send a new package at no extra cost before proceeding with our refund and return policy. We aim to satisfy our customers by providing the ordered item before considering a refund.

Refusal to Accept the Package / Failed Delivery: Sometimes, a customer may refuse to accept the package at the door, or the delivery service may attempt delivery several times without success. In this case, the package is returned to the post office. We will promptly inform the customer via email about this situation. As a customer, you have 7 days to pick up the package. If the order is not collected within the specified period at the post office, it will automatically be returned to our warehouse. If it is not accepted or picked up, we reserve the right to retain 30% of the total order amount.

Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it is immediately prepared for shipment through our automated systems. Therefore, modifying or canceling the order can only be done within 60 minutes of purchase. If you have concerns about the product you will receive, we offer a hassle-free return process. You have the right to return your order within 60 days from receipt and receive a full refund.
Customs Duties
It may happen that customs inspects the packages sent to you. Unfortunately, since July 1, 2021, this legislation has changed, and we no longer have any control over it. In some cases, customs may require a small fee for customs duties. But don’t worry! O-kiro will cover this expense. We will never ask for additional money after the order confirmation.
