Return and Refund Policy

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

The following policies are valid after 30 days from the delivery of the package.

We are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience, but we understand that sometimes an item may not be right for you and you need to exchange or return it.

You can exchange or return your order within 30 days from the receipt of the package. This means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed since receiving the product, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us at the email address (insert email), providing your order confirmation number, first and last name, email address or phone number, whether you desire a refund or exchange, the reason for your request, and, if necessary, photos showing any defects. Once your request is received, our customer service team will forward it to the appropriate department for evaluation. If approved, you will be provided with the complete procedure for processing the return/exchange, including the address to which you should send the product.

The package must be sent to one of the following addresses (location of our warehouses):

To be eligible:

  1. The returned item must be in the condition in which you received it.

  2. The item must be returned unworn and unwashed, in its original packaging with all associated tags. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return in accordance with our terms of sale.

  3. If the item is NOT returned in the same condition as received, the store O-Kiro RESERVES THE RIGHT to refuse the exchange or refund.

Exchange or refund is NOT permitted in the following cases:

a) Incorrect sizes chosen by the customer, despite the availability of a size guide (with measurements in cm) on every product page.
    Additional details:
A proper purchasing process is not limited to merely consulting the size chart. It is essential that the customer takes their own measurements and compares them with the size chart to avoid mistakes. Any return requests that do not follow this process will not be considered valid.
Please note that the measurements listed on the chart may vary by 1-3 cm; this difference is not a valid reason for accepting a return.
A proper purchasing process also includes the recommendation to opt for the larger size in case of uncertainty between two sizes. Therefore, any return requests due to an item being too small, without having followed this recommendation, will not be considered valid.

b) In the event that the product is damaged by the customer after delivery.

c) Please note that it will not be possible to request a return for an item purchased due to issues related to the delivery duration, as the estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary.

Avelia Milano reserves the right to request that the customer send photos via email of the received item clearly showing the defect or non-conformity.

Our company is committed to providing accurate and detailed information about the products offered, including clear descriptions, technical specifications, and images. However, it is important to recognize that individual perception may vary from customer to customer. For this reason, please note that personal expectations or subjective perceptions regarding colors, texture, material, or aesthetic aspects of the products are not considered valid reasons for a return.
We acknowledge that every customer may have a unique perception when evaluating a product. However, differences in subjective perception cannot be considered defects or inaccuracies of the product. Additionally, please note the following important aspects:

a) Color Variation: Please note that the colors of the products shown on our website may slightly differ from the actual colors of the item. This color variation is not considered a defect or non-conformity and is not a valid reason for a return or refund, as such differences may depend on monitor settings or other technical factors.

b) Subjective Perception: Subjective perception or personal expectations are balanced by the specific information and size guide provided on the product pages. This information reflects the actual product as faithfully as possible. Therefore, personal expectations or subjective perceptions are not valid grounds for a refund.

We are committed to ensuring that the information about our products is as accurate and transparent as possible to help our customers make informed decisions. If you have any questions or concerns about the products before purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us for further clarification.


1. EXCHANGE

If the item received does not correspond to the selected size, you have the option to exchange the item for a larger or smaller size, or for any other item from our site.
The item you wish to exchange must be returned within 60 days from receiving the package.
The exchange will be shipped as soon as the package is received and inspected at our main warehouse.


2. REFUND

If your order is incorrect, you can return it and choose the refund option.
The item for which you wish to receive a refund must be returned within 30 days from receiving the package.
The refund will be processed as soon as the package is received and inspected at our main warehouse.


IMPORTANT

You may return the package using any logistics service. Unfortunately, we do NOT cover the shipping costs for your return, so we recommend choosing the most economical option that includes tracking.
Any courier service is allowed for the return, with shipping costs borne by the customer.
Once the package is shipped, we require a photo of the shipping receipt. Without the receipt, we will not process the refund.
We will refund your purchase within 14 days of the package being received at our main warehouse.
The refund will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
If you provide an incorrect IBAN, a retransmission cost (€5) will be charged to the customer at the time of the refund.
